The Representation Foundation is America's nonprofit hub of representation. Our ground truth is that quality representation requires two-way education and action. Our mission is to educate professionals and citizens through civil debate about their roles as representatives and the represented. Our sister organization, the No Cap Fund, is a 501(c)(4) organization authorized to take more direct action on the representation ratio in the U.S. House.
